Our CEO Carlos Schefer is a professional whose career began in Brazil, where he built a strong foundation in civil engineering, construction management, estimating, project coordination, and building evaluation. Over the years, that experience developed into a practical understanding of how projects should be planned, organized, executed, and delivered with attention to both technical quality and the client’s expectations.
Since settling in Florida in 2024, that background has been combined with hands-on experience in the local residential market, including renovation work, project coordination, and property improvements. This transition created the foundation for BERGFIELD Construction, a company built around the idea that homeowners deserve more than someone who simply completes the work. They deserve clear communication, careful planning, accountability, and respect for their home.
